Holland & Barrett is seeking a Digital Trading Lead for an 18‑month secondment in Nuneaton with hybrid working (minimum two days in the office per week). You will shape pricing, promotions, subscriptions and personalisation for our website and app, lead trials and bring teams together to deliver commercial digital changes.

Formación

• Experience in eCommerce or digital trading within a fast-paced retail environment.
• Understanding of online pricing, promotions, conversion, and average order value.
• Ability to translate commercial strategy into practical digital execution.
• Confidence working with Product, Technology, UX, Operations and commercial teams to move changes from design through to delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Digital in programme decisions across web and app trading requirements.
• Lead digital trading input into trials with clear commercial hypotheses and delivery plans.
• Coordinate Digital Operations, Merchandising, Product, Technology, UX and Marketing to implement changes.
• Translate pricing, promotions, subscriptions and personalisation into digital experiences, including on-site messaging.
• Monitor digital revenue, contribution margin, conversion and AOV during activity.
• Identify trading risks and opportunities early and recommend corrective action.
• Establish processes and ownership to embed changes into BAU digital trading.
• Turn trial learnings into practical insights for future decisions.
