Job summary

Halfords is seeking an experienced Digital Trading Manager to lead the online trading strategy across our retail eCommerce channels, driving sales growth, margin performance and customer experience improvements.

Reporting into the Group Head of eCommerce, you'll take ownership of online commercial performance, using data, customer insight and market trends to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading online trading growth in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to develop and coach teams toward commercial targets.
• Strong analytical skills with interpretation of customer insights and market data.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the digital trading strategy, driving online sales, profitability, conversion and engagement.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Digital Trading professionals to achieve KPIs.
• Analyse trading performance and customer behaviour to optimise the journey and maximise revenue.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence strategy and execute trading initiatives.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting and promotional planning aligned to commercial goals.
