Job summary

Halfords Redditch is seeking a Digital Merchandiser on a 6-month fixed-term contract to shape and improve the online customer experience across our services offering, including Tyres, MOTs, Servicing and Repairs.

Joining a collaborative digital team, you will manage day-to-day merchandising of Services content, ensure accuracy and clarity for customers, and use insights to identify opportunities to improve conversion while working with Commercial, Marketing, SEO and Customer Services.

Qualifications

• Some experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, online trading or website content management.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good analytical skills with confidence using data to identify opportunities and trends.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management and merchandising of Services content across Halfords’ digital platforms.
• Ensure product and service information is accurate, up to date and aligned with customer needs.
• Assist with the launch of new products and services online, including content updates, categorisation and imagery.
• Monitor website performance and customer behaviour, helping to identify opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with Commercial, Marketing, SEO and Customer Contact teams to support trading activity and promotional campaigns.
• Contribute to website testing, optimisation initiatives and digital improvement projects.
• Help maintain high standards across digital content and customer journeys.
