the role

We’re looking for a Digital Systems Manager to lead and optimise our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and connected platforms. You’ll be the vital link between users, stakeholders, and technology partners, ensuring our systems are easy to use, well adopted, and continuously improved.

This role blends project management, system oversight, and user engagement. You’ll coordinate enhancements, manage suppliers, champion data quality, and deliver digital initiatives that empower colleagues and service users.

• Manage CRM development, integrations, and day‑to‑day improvements
• Coordinate projects, suppliers, and sprint planning
• Champion user experience and adoption across teams
• Support data quality, GDPR compliance, and reporting readiness
• Train and support users, building a network of system champions
