Job summary

5 Star Recruitment seeks a Digital Switchover Installation Officer to support the Lifelines project. The role involves visiting customers at home, installing digital-ready equipment, and training users to operate the devices safely and effectively.

You will respond to faults, provide remote or in-person support, and continually learn about technology-enabled care to improve the customer journey and outcomes for vulnerable people.

Qualifications

• GCSE Grade 4 and above in Maths and English.
• Evidence of work-related continuing professional development.
• Experience of working in operational services delivering customer-led services to vulnerable people.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes to assess needs and install the appropriate technology.
• Install equipment safely including Lifeline units and peripheral devices.
• Demonstrate equipment, provide training and support to customers and their support networks.
• Respond to faults with equipment and provide in-person or remote support to resolve issues.
• Develop knowledge of technology enabled care solutions and stay updated on new tech.
