Job summary

5 Star Recruitment seeks a Telecare Service Manager in Greater London to lead planning, deployment and coordination of people and resources for the national switchover from analogue to digital smart devices within the Linkline service.

You will provide line management to a small team, support purchasing and monitoring of telecare equipment, and ensure a seamless migration for users and providers while maintaining accurate installation and user records.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of home-based telecare solutions for vulnerable adults.
• Experience in a community alarm service and Telecare systems.
• Experience managing a diverse staff, workloads and tasks.
• Ability to develop and motivate a small team.

Responsibilities

• Provide line management to a small staff group.
• Plan, deploy and coordinate resources for the telecare migration.
• Assist in purchasing and monitoring telecare equipment.
• Collaborate with providers and customers to ensure a seamless transition.
• Oversee installation of units and stock monitoring; raise orders as needed.
• Provide operational advice to service users and customers.
• Maintain accurate user information systems and installation records.
