Job summary

Agilico is seeking a Digital Installations Support Apprentice in Edinburgh to learn Vantage Online, install Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) and help cut waste while growing with the team. You will work in a refurbishment centre, extending device lifespans and reducing environmental impact.

Responsibilities include logging installation jobs, site visits for installs and collections, and maintaining accurate digital records.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of IT and technology systems.
• Must have a valid driving license.
• Hands-on approach with practical problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Log and update installation jobs using Vantage Online, tracking progress and parts.
• Visit sites for equipment installations, surveys and collections with high service quality.
• Raise purchase orders and allocate equipment to jobs; maintain digital records.
• Become a key user of Vantage Online and support digital process improvements.
• Assist with installation, configuration and commissioning of MFDs and keep records updated.
