Job summary

City Health Care Partnership CIC is seeking a Project Support Officer to help deploy Netcall and enhance digital access to healthcare services. You will support setup, testing, and ongoing administration while working with Digital Services, IT and operational teams.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, strong IT and communication skills, and the ability to translate complex tech into clear guidance. It is a full-time, contract position based in Willerby, HU10.

Qualifications

• A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting new digital technologies.
• Strong communication and IT skills.
• Good analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting complex IT systems and an understanding of the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, testing, implementation and ongoing administration of Netcall.
• Review referral, enquiry and access processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop clear procedures, process maps, guidance and training materials.
• Support and train colleagues, helping them adopt new digital processes confidently.
• Monitor performance, investigate issues and support continuous service improvement.
