Job summary

Cairnhill Structures is recruiting a Digital Applications Support Apprentice in Coatbridge to work toward an SCQF Level 6 qualification. You will maintain time-tracking and HR systems, support digital workflows, and gain hands-on experience with multiple business systems across departments.

The role emphasizes learning, practical skills development, and contribution to digital projects within a supportive apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Kelio time and attendance system, ensuring accurate digital records of hours worked, holidays, and sickness.
• Support the Sage HR system, assisting with data entry, system upkeep, and digital workforce management.
• Collaborate with the Stores team to help roll out and support the new Bar Coding System for tracking goods and plant movement in and out of the facility.
• Gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Nav, including raising and receipting Purchase Orders and troubleshooting system issues.
• Use Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) for tasks such as data analysis, reporting, document creation, and communication across teams.
• Work across multiple digital platforms, building experience in business systems and supporting a variety of company divisions.
• Assist with digital data quality checks and help identify opportunities for process improvement using system insights.
• Participate in digital projects and system upgrades, contributing to testing, feedback, and user support as new features are introduced.

They are looking to expand their Digital Team by recruiting a Digital Applications Support Apprentice! This apprentice will work towards an SCQF Level 6 Qualification based in their Coatbridge location.
