Job summary

QA is seeking an ambitious apprentice to join our Edinburgh refurbishment centre. You will log and triage service calls, raise purchase orders, and support the refurbishment of Multi-Functional Devices while training on our platforms.

You will gain a nationally recognised SCQF Level 6 qualification and work closely with engineers and management to ensure quality records and efficient workflows. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with opportunities to progress within QA’s apprenticeship

Qualifications

• Good understanding of IT concepts and systems.
• Hands-on approach and practical problem solving.
• Troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Log, triage and manage all service calls using our ticketing platform.
• Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate digital records.
• Train to become a key user of digital platforms and systems.
• Assist with diagnosis, repair and refurbishment of MFDs.
• Maintain documentation using Microsoft Office for reporting.
• Collaborate with engineers and workshop staff to prioritise tickets.
• Support stock control and inventory management.
