Job summary

Microlise is seeking a Sales Manager – Digital to lead and grow the Digital Sales Team. You will coach a high‑performing group, turn commercial strategy into results, and drive new business, upsell, and cross‑sell across TruTac’s digital compliance solutions.

Reporting to the Group Sales Director, you’ll use data to improve conversion, manage performance, and maintain a joined‑up customer journey. This is a fast‑paced, target‑driven role in the UK with a competitive package including a salary of

Qualifications

• Proven experience in transport compliance or digital compliance.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Experience leading sales teams to meet revenue targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Digital Sales Team to achieve targets.
• Set expectations, guide daily activities, and conduct performance reviews.
• Use sales data to improve conversion, efficiency, and revenue.
• Report pipeline health and revenue projections to the Group Sales Director.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Customer Success for a seamless customer journey.
• Coach on tachographs and compliance conversations with customers.
