Job summary

Microlise is seeking a Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to shape our digital strategy, own the website roadmap and lead a small team. Based in Nottingham with hybrid working, you’ll drive performance across the UK, France and Australia, translating marketing investment into measurable pipeline and commercial results.

You’ll manage budgets, track full-funnel activity with HubSpot, Salesforce and GA4, and collaborate with Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Sales and regional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Strong B2B digital demand-gen experience driving pipeline.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4 and GTM.
• Experience owning a CMS roadmap (WordPress/Webflow).
• People management or readiness for first formal management role.

Responsibilities

• Turn our global marketing strategy into a prioritised digital growth roadmap and budget.
• Lead website, SEO, paid media, email and nurture to improve journeys and conversions.
• Partner with Revenue Ops, Product Marketing, Sales and regional teams on international campaigns.
• Maintain tracking across HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, GTM and ads, turning data into actions.
• Manage digital budgets, forecasts and ad spend to guide investments.
• Lead and develop the web development and digital marketing team; set priorities.
