Microlise is seeking a Sales Manager – Digital to lead the Digital Sales Team and translate growth ambitions into focused sales execution for TruTac’s digital compliance solutions.

Reporting to the Group Sales Director, you will drive new business, upsell, and cross-sell while building a data-led, accountable sales culture that delivers a seamless customer journey and optimized revenue performance.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading sales teams to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of transport compliance and tachographs (HGV/PSV).
• Confident in discussing digital tachograph data and compliance needs.
• Experience using CRM and sales analytics tools to manage performance, pipeline, and forecasting.

Mansioni

• Lead, motivate and develop the Digital Sales Team to hit targets.
• Set expectations, provide guidance, and conduct performance reviews.
• Own the team revenue target and drive new-logo, upsell and cross-sell growth.
• Monitor pipeline health and forecast accuracy, address gaps proactively.
• Use sales data to improve conversion rates, efficiency and revenue.
• Report performance, pipeline health and revenue projections to leadership.
• Refine sales processes and ensure effective CRM use and sales discipline.
