Microlise is seeking a Group Sales Director to lead the global direct sales organisation from our UK base. You will drive ARR growth, align regional teams, and embed a high-performance go-to-market rhythm across SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.

This leadership role focuses on consistent forecasting, disciplined qualification, and a unified strategy across regions, delivering measurable business outcomes and lasting cultural impact.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading and scaling high-performing B2B SaaS sales teams.
• Experience delivering predictable revenue growth and ambitious targets.
• Expertise in MEDDPICC, value-based selling, and complex deal management.

Responsabilités

• Lead and align regional sales teams around shared revenue goals.
