Overview

Nixor are currently hiring for a Digital PMO Lead to help a large household luxury brand. The role is part of a transformation of the Digital PMO function and will initially involve working across the full portfolio to understand where projects are, then defining governance standards and the technologies to be used for ongoing PMO management. The position is an initial 10-month engagement with potential for extension within the wider transformation plans of the digital function.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and configure JIRA and Confluence as the main tracking and collaboration tools.
  • Help automate visualization and reporting. Exposure to BI tools is required (e.g., Tableau; Power BI is also acceptable).
  • Formalise governance practices across different project streams.
  • Drive stakeholder adoption of JIRA & Confluence and ensure ongoing usage across teams.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration.
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau preferred; Power BI also acceptable).
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks for multi-project environments.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to understand and map a project portfolio, define standards, and support transformation initiatives within a digital function.
