You will own the group’s digital strategy, oversee a large Google Ads / PPC budget, and lead the digital marketing and e‑commerce team to drive online sales across three established brands.

You will report to the company owners, manage budgets, and shape multi‑channel campaigns with a substantive marketing budget and growth targets.

Francesca s Recruitment Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a successful and established Mansfield-based business for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of digital growth across three established e-commerce brands.

With combined annual sales of approximately £10m and a target of £12m, this is an excellent opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to take genuine commercial responsibility, with direct access to the company owners, a significant marketing budget and an established team.

The Role

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop and deliver the Group s digital marketing strategy, with responsibility for increasing online sales, brand awareness, customer acquisition and overall marketing performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Group s digital marketing strategy.
• Manage a substantial Google Ads / PPC budget and maximise ROI.
• Lead and develop the digital marketing and e-commerce team.
• Take ownership of digital marketing performance and budgets.
• Manage Magento agencies and external digital partners.
• Oversee PPC, SEO, email, social media and wider digital activity.
• Identify new customer acquisition and revenue opportunities.
• Use data and analytics to improve marketing performance and conversion.
• Improve website performance, customer journeys and online engagement.
• Develop campaigns that support wider commercial objectives.
• Report directly to the company owners on marketing performance.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns and growing online sales.

Ideally, you will have:

• Experience developing and delivering successful digital marketing strategies.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, PPC and SEO.
• Experience with multi-channel digital marketing.
• Experience managing email marketing and social media campaigns.
• Experience managing teams and external agencies.
• Working knowledge of Magento or a similar e-commerce platform.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion and digital performance.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of results.

You will be commercially driven, analytical and results-focused, combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
