Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Group's digital marketing strategy.
• Manage Google Ads / PPC budgets and maximise ROI.
• Lead and develop the digital marketing and e-commerce team.
• Oversee PPC, SEO, email, social media and wider digital activity.
• Identify new customer acquisition and revenue opportunities.
• Use data and analytics to improve marketing performance and conversion.
• Report directly to company owners on marketing performance.
