Francesca's Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a Mansfield-based business to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager. You will own the group’s digital strategy, oversee a large Google Ads / PPC budget, and lead the digital marketing and e‑commerce team to drive online sales across three established brands.

You will report to the company owners, manage budgets, and shape multi‑channel campaigns with a substantive marketing budget and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital marketing strategies that drive online sales.
• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, PPC and SEO across multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience managing email marketing and social media programmes.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the Group's digital marketing strategy.
• Manage Google Ads / PPC budget and maximise ROI.
• Lead and develop the digital marketing and e‑commerce teams.
• Oversee digital marketing performance and budgets across brands.
• Coordinate with Magento agencies and external partners.
• Drive acquisition, engagement and conversion across channels.
• Report marketing results directly to company owners.
