Job summary

Yell is seeking ambitious Business Development Managers to join our Field Sales team across the UK. You will hunt new business, tailor digital marketing solutions, and lead deals from first contact through close.

This role offers a strong base salary of £35,875 with on-target earnings potential, a car allowance, uncapped earnings, and clear career progression through the Aspire program and senior roles.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales).
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
• Excellent presentation skills—verbal and written.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential).
• A full UK driving licence is required with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Hunting for New Business: Proactively prospecting through self-sourced and company-provided leads, you'll open doors to new clients.
• Tailoring Solutions: Engage in face-to-face and virtual consultations to fully understand customer needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Closing Deals: Presenting, negotiating, and sealing the deal with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
• Client Management: Nurture relationships, ensuring a seamless customer experience and consistent account management for up to 12 months post-sale.
• Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth reviews to identify opportunities for growth, boosting client ROI and delivering long-term success.
