Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant for the Guildford Branch. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, assisting with digital banking, and working across channels to solve queries during a rotating 35-hour week from 8am to 6pm.

You will be part of a supportive, multi-skilled team focused on customer-centric banking. You’ll listen intently, present suitable product options, and build trusted relationships while contributing to a seamless, safe, and friendly
