Job summary

Simpac Ltd is offering a Digital Applications Support Apprentice role based in Thornliebank, Scotland. You will work toward an SCQF Level 6 qualification while gaining hands-on experience with data, reports, and business applications in a structured apprenticeship program.

Key tasks include using Excel for data analysis, managing financial transactions in Access Dimensions, updating CRM data in Echelon, and supporting procurement through Approach.

Qualifications

• Good numerical ability and an interest in working with data and spreadsheets.
• Keen to learn, develop new skills and grow within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilise the Microsoft Office Package, with a focus on Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and workflow management.
• Manage and process financial transactions using Access Dimensions (Accounts Package)
• Maintain and update customer records within Echelon (CRM System)
• Communicate effectively via Outlook for emails and calendar management
• Support procurement processes and purchase order tracking using Approach (PO/Procurement)
• Generate and interpret reports across multiple digital platforms to inform business decisions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to digital applications, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
