Digital Business Consultant

We are seeking a strategic and tech‑savvy Business Improvement Consultant with strong expertise in AI‑driven solutions in the digital marketing space to evaluate our CRM and ecommerce operations, identify opportunities for process optimisation, and implement AI‑driven solutions to enhance efficiency, personalisation, and business performance. This role requires a blend of business process expertise, AI / MarTech knowledge, and technical implementation experience to guide through digital transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Tasks
  • Assess current CRM and e‑store operational processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for AI‑driven optimisation.
  • Design, recommend and validate AI use cases and AI‑enabled solutions to enhance customer engagement, automation, analytics, and sales conversion.
  • Evaluate, select, and integrate MarTech tools and platforms, ensuring seamless API connectivity and data flow across systems.
  • Lead end‑to‑end implementation of process improvements and AI solutions, including monitoring, testing, and iterative optimisation.
