Santander UK is seeking a Customer Service Consultant at the TSB Glasgow Shawlands branch. You will help personal banking customers maximise digital channels while delivering a personalised, human experience that builds trust and loyalty.

You will support customers face-to-face, over the phone and via video, identify needs, promote digital self-service and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, high-quality service.
