Overview

The Digital & AI Governance & Audit Analyst (ITSM & DR) supports the governance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Backup & Restore processes. Collaborating closely with the Service Resilience & Governance Manager, IT Operations, Delivery teams, and Service Owners, this role contributes to ISO/IEC 20000 compliance and strengthens governance maturity across Convatec’s digital ecosystem. This position offers a valuable development path for professionals looking to grow expertise in IT governance, service excellence, and regulatory alignment within a global, innovation-driven Digital & AI organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of ITSM and DR governance processes in line with ISO/IEC 20000 and ITIL frameworks.
• Assist in internal audit activities including evidence collection, process verification, documentation updates, and remediation tracking.
• Contribute to validating the quality and compliance of backup and restore procedures for critical systems.
• Collaborate with Service Owners, IT Operations, and Delivery teams to gather adherence data and communicate governance expectations.
• Maintain governance documentation and support knowledge-sharing activities such as awareness sessions and internal training.
• Coordinate logistics and documentation for external audits related to ISO 20000 or DR readiness.
• Uphold high standards of confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism when handling audit-related findings or sensitive information.
• Support process improvement initiatives focused on strengthening ITSM and DR maturity and compliance.

Key Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT Service Management, IT governance, disaster recovery, or audit support.
• Working knowledge of ITSM principles, ITIL practices, DR lifecycle, and ISO/IEC 20000 frameworks.
• Familiarity with platforms such as ServiceNow, Confluence, or JIRA (preferred but not required).
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across IT and business functions.
• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting service management data and audit outcomes.
• Self-motivated and organized, able to manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision while escalating as needed.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Education / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with other academic backgrounds may be considered if they bring relevant experience.
• ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) certification preferred.

• Occasional travel may be required for cross-functional meetings, industry events, or strategic meetings and reviews.
