Responsibilities
  • Effective communication to manage customer relationships, in addition to planning and organisation skills to deliver operational excellence and efficiency.

  • Supporting negotiations and conflict resolutions as well as leading others to do the same.

  • Ability to apply construction management principles at an expert level.

  • Advanced IT skills for the use of BIM and construction management tools.
  • Detailed understanding of construction techniques, methodologies and management principles.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and cost control with financial awareness of delivery targets.
  • Detailed understanding of scheduling and programme management. Short-term planning for the overall construction programme.
  • Understanding of M&E regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Detailed understanding of safety protocols and best practices.
  • Knowledge of contract negotiation and procurement.

  • Understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies.
