Responsibilities

- Detailed understanding of construction techniques, methodologies and management principles.
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control with financial awareness of delivery targets.
- Detailed understanding of scheduling and programme management. Short-term planning for the overall construction programme.
- Understanding of M&E regulatory requirements and standards.
- Detailed understanding of safety protocols and best practices.
- Knowledge of contract negotiation and procurement.
- Detailed understanding of quality assurance and quality control processes.
- Understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Understanding of environmental sustainability practices.
