The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in medical device development, particularly with parenteral delivery systems. This hybrid position offers a collaborative environment and opportunities for innovation while managing cross-functional teams. The role requires deep knowledge of the device technology landscape, technical design and development, and a risk‑taking mindset. You will work across R&D, Commercial, Global Supply Chain and external partners to explore, assess and de‑risk next‑wave device technologies, including parenteral and respiratory drug deliveries.

You will join a multi‑skilled, collaborative team that values learning and practical solutions. You will have the chance to grow your skills in technical leadership, program delivery and stakeholder engagement. We welcome people who bring diverse perspectives and who want to help build solutions that make a real difference for patients.
If you are ready to lead device technology and innovation and help shape the next generation of patient‑centric solutions, we want to hear from you. Please apply and tell us how your experience matches this role.
