Ideal candidates will have a strong background in mixed-use and office development, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in RIBA design stages. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project completion within a flexible and diverse work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in mixed-use development and office development.
• Experience of all development phases.
• Full and clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through all development phases.
• Secure and complete the necessary administration for client commissions.
• Write and contribute to business cases.
• Develop and maintain long term relationships with stakeholders.
• Manage consultant team to successfully appoint a Main Contractor.

Skills

Strong post qualification experience in industry

Excellent verbal, written communication and IT skills

Strong understanding of RIBA design stages

Excellent presentation skills

Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft packages

Excellent working knowledge of Argus Developer
