SCG Connected is seeking a Billing Administrator to join our team in Dummer, Basingstoke. You will ensure customers are billed accurately and on-time each month, updating charges and handling customer queries after monthly invoices.

The role involves maintaining customer accounts, ensuring charges align to signed agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to streamline billing processes. Strong numeracy and attention to detail are essential.

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes.
