SCG Connected in Dummer, near Basingstoke, is seeking a Reconciliation Analyst to monthly reconcile supplier accounts and investigate discrepancies with persistence and curiosity. You will trace issues across systems, drive accurate data, and identify improvements that save money and boost billing accuracy.

• Strong Excel skills.
• Highly analytical with a methodical and tenacious approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile supplier invoices, identifying and resolving items that don’t balance.
• Investigate discrepancies by analysing data, systems and processes to find root causes.
• Work collaboratively with other departments and group companies to resolve issues.
• Raise and manage supplier disputes through to resolution.
• Identify weaknesses or inefficiencies in processes and recommend improvements.
• Maintain high levels of data accuracy and integrity.
• Carry out revenue checks to ensure billing is complete and correct.
• Support ongoing improvements to workflow and system processes.
