Job summary

Desktop Support Technician - Southam

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support at our Southam location. This is a full‑time, on‑site role with the requirement to be in the office five days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer support to EA staff.
  • Image Windows and Mac devices.
  • Troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Monitor ServiceNow ticket queue, email, and Slack requests, ensuring timely updates and escalations.
  • Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
  • Update asset assignments in EA’s tracking system.
  • Help support local IT initiatives and projects.
  • Assist in moving an office location from Southam to Leamington.
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in a technology‑focused environment supporting Windows and Mac systems.
  • Strong customer support and communication skills.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Familiarity with imaging tools and endpoint management solutions (JAMF, Intune, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Previous games industry experience is advantageous but not required.
Education & Certifications

Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft MD‑100/101 (Modern Desktop Administrator), ITIL Foundation, or Apple ACSP are welcome but not required.
