  • Assist with software upgrades and system updates.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.

Work Schedule & Location
  • 5 days a week on site in Bournemouth.
  • 2nd/3rd line EUC, Directly support 25 users and wider global IT team.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimise downtime.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions.
  • Assist in software upgrades, patch management, and system updates.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on IT systems and tools.
