Job Description
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues to end-users in a professional manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions.
- Assist in software upgrades, patch management, and system updates.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
- Provide training and guidance to users on IT systems and tools.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues efficiently (2nd/3rd line)
- Proficiency in managing IT systems, including installation and configuration.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
What's on Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000 (Some flexibility)
- Permanent position based in Bournemouth,
- 5 days a week on site, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.
