Talantir in the United Kingdom is seeking a Desktop Administrator II to support and maintain distributed workstation environments for 6,000+ users. The role covers hardware/software installation, configuration, maintenance, and Tier 1-2 IT support.

You will assist with imaging, deployments, asset tracking, onboarding, and on-call rotations, while ensuring security and compliance, with opportunities for automation and cross-team knowledge sharing.

Competenze

• High-school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of desktop support in a corporate/enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS devices.
• Familiarity with Ivanti or ServiceNow ticketing systems.

Mansioni

• Provides Tier 1-2 helpdesk support for 6,000+ users in an enterprise environment.
• Supports desktop hardware/software deployments, imaging, and patching.
• Maintains hardware assets and inventory records.
• Assists with onboarding and workstation setups including moves.
• On-call desktop administration rotation as needed.
