Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in the United Kingdom seeks a Desktop Support Specialist II to provide daily end-user support, monitor the Solution Center, and resolve submissions efficiently. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with hardware, software and basic network issues.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DHCP, AD, EMC and DNS.
• Experience with iPhone setup and iOS troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support and monitor Solution Center submissions.
• Install and configure OSes, updates, antivirus and software.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers for repairs.
• Maintain equipment procurement and asset management.
• Escalate issues when needed and document resolutions.
