• Lead and guide colleagues to ensure high-quality ICT services across the force.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ICT support across West Mercia Police while providing day-to-day leadership and guidance to colleagues.
• Provide advanced technical support, maintenance and lifecycle management for ICT services and equipment, including CCTV systems, Airwave and operational radios, laptops, desktops, mobile devices, body-worn technology and specialist policing applications.
• Coordinate workloads, oversee daily operations and support professional development of team members to ensure consistent delivery of ICT services.
• The Senior Specialist Deskside & Engineering Services role is an office based role.
