Qualifications

• Experience in loss adjusting for residential property
• Ability to manage sensitive claims with empathy
• Strong interpretation of scope of works and schedules

Responsibilities

• Manage household claims up to £50,000 from instruction to settlement
• Coordinate with field-based colleagues and suppliers to deliver timely outcomes
• Interpret building pathology and advise on reinstatement approaches
