Qualifications

• Experience in residential homeowner insurance and claims.
• Ability to manage claims with cost-effective repairs and customer care.
• Understanding of building pathology and reinstatement concepts.
• Experience interpreting scopes using photos, video, and remote tools.

Responsibilities

• Own claims from instruction to settlement up to £50,000.
