This role requires building pathology knowledge, the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, and a commitment to cost-effective reinstatement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Residential (Home) property insurance and loss adjusting.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex claims.
• Knowledge of building standards, pathology, and reinstatement practices.
• BDMA qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage household claims up to £50,000 from instruction to settlement.
• Interpret scopes of works using photos, video, and remote tools.
• Coordinate customers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely outcomes.
• Balance cost-effectiveness with exceptional customer care.
