A leading creative company based in the UK is seeking a talented Designer to join their Brand Design team. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in brand or studio environments with a strong portfolio in brand identity, typography, and editorial design. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments. This role is based in our Leeds or London office.
We’re looking for a strong, ideas led Designer to join our Brand Design team. You’ll be someone who can confidently develop visual identities, challenge briefs, and bring thoughtful, high impact work to the table alongside other designers and independently.
You’ll have an eye for detail, a sharp visual instinct, and a passion for pushing the work beyond the initial ask. Someone who sees the potential in a brief and is happy to challenge it to find visual excellence! You’ll help shape the brand expression of all of our properties – working across visual identity, show branding, social toolkits, marketing material, events, merch, editorial and print. The scope is wide, and the creative ceiling is high.
You should be comfortable with a range of design functions, from logo design, visual systems to social layouts and decks. Experience in editorial and print design is preferred, particularly to support the development of our flagship publication, MUNDIAL Magazine. You’ll be happy to get stuck into everyday jobs when needed, and always looking for a way to make the work better. You’ll be joining a small but mighty design team working at the heart of a fast growing, global company, and a passion for design.
