About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Design Draughtsperson to join a dynamic engineering team delivering offshore and energy engineering projects. You'll work on technically challenging designs, producing high-quality 2D and 3D models that support critical projects within the sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce, review, and check 2D/3D engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor
• Support Project Engineers and Project Managers to ensure deliverables meet project requirements
• Contribute to design reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and project documentation
• Ensure all work complies with technical standards, specifications, and ISO 9001 procedures

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in design/draughting roles
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor
• HNC (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline
• Experience in offshore, heavy, or energy-related engineering is highly advantageous
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and adaptable to project needs
