A local educational institution in Esher is seeking a part-time Design and Technology Technician to support Art, Textiles, and Food Technology. The role involves assisting in the classroom, managing resources, and providing administrative support. Ideal candidates will have experience in a technology or teaching support role and possess excellent organisational and communication skills. Term time only, 27 hours per week. Actual starting salary £15,520 per annum (equivalent to £24,687 to £28,328 for a full‑time position).
Commencement: March 2026.
This role supports our Art, Textiles and Food Technology areas and will join an existing team of three technicians. The Design & Technology Department has five purpose-built rooms, five teaching staff and a collaborative environment where students are encouraged to be independent problem solvers and creative thinkers.
