H&T Group plc in Woking is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for a 6-month FTC. The role offers a starting salary of £28,250 per year, with potential to earn up to £2,400 in discretionary bonuses based on KPIs.

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility across days including weekends. You will support the Store Manager in leading a motivated team to deliver personalised customer service, drive sales, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience in a supervisory role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer-first mindset.
• Previous supervisory/management experience in a customer-facing or financial services role.
