Job summary

H&T Group Ltd is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead a motivated team and deliver personalised customer service in our London-area store. You’ll support the Store Manager to meet financial goals and ensure regulatory and company standards are followed, with comprehensive training provided.

You’ll join a friendly, diverse team, benefit from a structured development path, and be eligible for discretionary bonuses up to £2,400 per year based on KPIs, with London Weighting included in the base

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a financial services or customer-facing role.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train and develop staff.
