You will drive financial targets, develop staff, and ensure compliant operations while fostering an inclusive, engaging store culture.

The role offers starting salary £35,500 (London Weighting) with 37.5 hours, full-time, and flexibility across Monday to Sunday.

Qualifications

• Experience as Store Manager or Remote Manager in financial services or customer-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Multilingual skills are a bonus, not required.
