H&T Group Ltd in Leeds is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead a motivated team and deliver exceptional service to customers at our UK’s leading pawnbroker and jewellery retailer. You will support the Store Manager to meet store goals, train staff, and ensure compliance with company standards.

Starting salary is £28,250 with discretionary bonuses up to £2,400 annually based on KPI performance. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility across Monday to Sunday.

Formación

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and customer service focus
• Flexible schedule including weekends
• Multilingual ability is a plus but not required

• Help train and develop a flexible, multi-skilled team that meets customer needs with confidence
• Ensure a welcoming, professional in-store environment where every customer receives the right outcome
• Promote best practices and ensure the store operates safely, securely, and in line with policies
• Drive performance and support the team in achieving financial targets
• Collaborate with the wider area team, sharing insights and best practices
• Assist in implementing new products, policies, and procedures, ensuring smooth transitions
