No pawnbroking experience required—full training is provided. The role offers a starting salary of £35,500 with London weighting, 37.5 hours weekly, and discretionary bonuses up to £4,000 based on KPIs, plus extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience as Store Manager or Remote Manager in a Financial Services or customer-facing environment.
• Multilingual skills are a bonus and valued, though not required.
