Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is looking for a Deputy Store Manager for our Bristolgate store to drive performance, develop people and keep the store running at its best.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the Store Manager, take ownership across the shop floor and step up to lead the store in their absence. As a leader, you’ll coach your team, push KPI results and maintain customer service standards, with flexible hours including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

• Experience managing a fast-paced retail or high turnover environment.
• Strong team player with the confidence to step up and lead.
• Passion for coaching and developing others.
• Pride in delivering a great customer experience and high standards.
• Hands-on attitude – ready to get involved in all areas of the store.
