Job summary

B&M Retail is looking for a Deputy Store Manager to join our Rotherham store. You will support the Store Manager, lead the team on the shop floor, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

You will work flexibly across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, coaching colleagues, driving sales and KPIs, and stepping in when the Store Manager is away. This is hands-on retail leadership at pace.
