Job summary

B&M Retail in Salisbury is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to drive store performance, coach colleagues and keep operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager, stepping in during their absence and ensuring the shop floor reflects the brand’s standards and a great customer experience.

This hands-on leadership role requires flexibility to cover days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with clear opportunities to progress to Store Manager as the business grows.
