Job summary

B&M Retail in Evesham is hiring a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager, drive sales and maintain high store standards. You’ll lead on the shop floor, model hands-on leadership, and step in when the Store Manager is absent, coordinating daily operations and customer service.

You should bring experience in fast-paced retail, a collaborative mindset, coaching skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
