Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our Newbury Park store. You will support the Store Manager, own the shop floor, and step up to lead during the manager’s absence. This hands-on role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You’ll coach and motivate the team to achieve high standards, drive KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve performance in a fast-paced retail environment.
